- 3 1/4 C Cake flour
- 4 1/2 t Baking powder
- 3/4 C Butter
- 1 1/4 C Sugar
- 4 pcs. Eggs
- 3/4 C Evaporated milk
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- Sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time.
- In another bowl, combine milk, water and vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture alternately to the cream mixture, starting and ending with flour. Pour into prepared pan.
Baking Time: 45 minutes to 1 hour
Pans: 9 1/2" X 5 - 1/2" X 3" loaf Pan
